  • We arrive 1 hour before guests to set up equipment and do sound check. (If you are requesting The Lighting Package we arrive 2 to 3 hours prior).

  • Guests begin to arrive while easy listening music plays in the background (music will continue through dinner).

  • Announce entrance of Wedding Party by couples.

  • We will coordinate the serving of the champagne.

  • Best Man's Toast (we will introduce the Best Man and invite Him to use our cordless microphone so He may give His Toast at the Head Table.

  • Toast by Family and Friends (optional).

  • Dinner begins - once the Bridal Party has been served, we will invite the rest of the Guests to begin Dinner.

  • First Dance - Bride and Groom (special request).

  • Second Dance - Father of the Bride is invited to dance with his Daughter (optional).

  • Third Dance - Parents and/or Bridal Party dance. (Option to add a Mother & Son Dance as Third Dance & have this dance immediately follow).

  • Bride and Groom will cut the Wedding Cake.

  • Throwing of Bouquet. (All of the single Women are invited to participate).

  • Throwing of the Garter. (All of the single Gentlemen are invited to participate).

  • Money Dance for the Bride and Groom (all of the Guests are invited to dance with the Bride and Groom and give donations for Good Luck). (Optional)

  • The fun begins - the Guests are invited to dance the night away for the rest of the evening.
